Used to attach stainless steel weights to both the bottom and top of the 2" HydraSleeve, Also can be used to hold the top of the 2" HydraSleeve open for quicker fill time with the tether tied directly to the spring clip. See Spring Clip instructions PDF (2.5 MB) for the various configurations.
